Refund policy

Vintage Anime takes pride in the quality of the products purchased and 3 stage quality checks occur before any product is shipped, if any issues do happen we have processes to correct any issues of delivered products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If not we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.

Cancellations or changes to orders can only be done if the order has yet to be shipped.

Our products are made to order so for this reason we do not accept refunds if the wrong size or colors were selected by the customer. For refunds or exchanges it needs to be because of damaged product, wrong product sent, wrong size etc. When the fault has been determined to be ours we'll move forward with the process. The product must be unused for us to accept the return. Under any other circumstances we do not accept returns and refunds.
